keni can certainly fly. The San Diego based hip-hop artist has been dropping music on SoundCloud for a couple of years now, working to find his voice in a genre where it is extremely difficult to stand out. In 2020 keni can fly seemed to discover his identity, releasing five tracks on streaming services. Each of these tracks revealed the young rapper's lighthearted lyricism and laid back production, as he continued to sculpt his exuberant stylization. Last February keni dropped three singles "idk shit but colors", "mochi", and "bar101", collaborating with fellow artists Sumit and Chris Emond.
keni can fly is not going to blow anyone with staggering lyricism or profound delivery, but he is a whole lot of fun. On each record he brings an unparalleled energy and authenticity that is hard not to love. This passion for his craft is also depicted through refreshing music videos that enable fans to better understand the emerging emcee. Give him a listen now.
