Review: 8.1/10
The young indie rock band is back on the map after releasing the single "Unlucky" at the beginning of
March, marking the first release since their 2018 EP Artificial Flavors. In this song the Atlanta band pushes the listener to have an emotional reaction, as the lead signer Grace Repasky sings about sadness and heartbreak:

So unlucky
You're in love and I'm unlucky
You're in love and I'm unlucky
You're in love and I'm unlucky
While Repasky belts out lyrics that are clearly very meaningful to her, the band compliments her tone smoothly and carries the song like a light breeze whirling in the background. Everything seems to work on this single that evokes emotion and pushes the listener to always put things into perspective, marking a big release for the group.
Grouplove's bassist Dan Gleason produced the single by the young indie rockers and I am really hoping that this song leads to an upcoming album. I urge you to give the group a listen and keep an eye out for their next project, you won't be "Unlucky".
