Verzache Gets Real on 'My Head is a Moshpit'

By Tucker Cargile

Toronto-based artist Zack Farache, known professionally as Verzache, is quietly taking over the music world with his unique take on bedroom pop. His sophomore album My Head is a Moshpit is beautifully crafted, as Verzache takes us on an introspective journey that transcends all forms of genre. The 19-track project speaks profoundly to young adults across the world during these times of uncertainty and self-doubt, allowing so many to relate.

While there are select songs that stand out such as "All I Need", "Messed Up", and "Run", this project has a flow that is like no other. Often expressing some of the darkest of moments, Verzache has shared that this LP is deeply personal and rooted in issues of mental illness. The young artist's vulnerability might be his greatest strength, although his refined production and exceptional vocal range are able to carry My Head is a Moshpit.

For fans of Gus Dapperton and Post Malone, Verzache is a breath of fresh air and an artist that you will certainly be rooting for. Give the 2021 release My Head is a Moshpit a listen and keep an eye on the rising star.
